Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: July 12, 2026
Shadow Sites is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards.
Standards We Strive to Meet
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are widely recognized as the international standard for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Our Approach
- Our site is custom-built (hand-coded) and hosted on Hostinger. Accessibility is considered as part of how the site is designed and developed — including semantic structure, keyboard navigation, and sufficient color contrast.
- We are working toward improving navigation, contrast, text size options, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
- While we do not yet have automated monitoring or testing tools in place, we welcome feedback to help us identify and address any issues.
Feedback and Contact
If you experience any difficulty using our website or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at: info@shadowsites.org
We value your input and will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility issues promptly.
Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As our site evolves, we will continue to review and update our content, design, and features to improve usability and accessibility for all visitors.
